1. As the music
begins to play, become aware of the tension in your body and any stress that you
are carrying. Imagine the tension and stress slowly flowing out of your body.
2. Become aware of your breath by breathing deeply a few times. Observe
your breath becoming more natural, more quiet, more even.
3. Be aware of
being surrounded by the light of Divine Love and rest quietly there.

As a thought begins to enter your mind, bring your attention to the notes being
played, and allow the thought to flow out of your body just as you did with the
tension and stress. Continue this process throughout the time the music is
playing.
5. After the music has stopped, sit in silence for a minute and
thank God for the time that you have spent together.
